Ravi Lam

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Ravi is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience building and scaling technology companies. He founded Netrovert, an enterprise integration software company deployed across six industry verticals and later acquired by PwC. Earlier, he served as Chief Architect at Cheyenne Software, a unicorn acquired by Computer Associates for $1.2B, and is an Emmy Award–winning technologist for pioneering DVR innovations.

Ravi studied computer science at IIT Madras and completed management programs at IIM Ahmedabad and Stanford GSB, later deepening his focus on healthcare innovation through Harvard Medical School’s Global Healthcare Leaders Program.

He leads Thinkhat, a venture studio advancing digital health platforms and next-generation life sciences, including personalized medicine, mRNA, iPSCs, CRISPR, and cell and gene therapies. Thinkhat’s mission is to make complex healthcare innovation market-ready, investable, and operationally scalable.

As an investor, venture builder, and board member, Ravi focuses on building scalable, accountable, anddurable companies that translate science and technology into real-world impact.

Aryuna Merdygeeva

Partner, Capital Strategy

Aryuna is a Partner focused on capital strategy, working with family offices and venture funds on investor relations and long-term capital alignment.

Aryuna holds a Master’s degree in Finance and began her career at BDO, a major international network of public accounting, tax, and advisory firms.

She later advanced into corporate finance, managing 35 departments, before building a career in enterprise sales and closing complex deals with Fortune 500 companies. She transitioned into venture capital as a Director at an early-stage fund in New York, leading deal sourcing, portfolio management, and capital formation. Later, she became a co-founder of a venture-backed company, responsible for fundraising and go-to-market strategy.

Aryuna is the founder of a private investor community comprising family offices, private equity, and venture funds with over $10B+ in aggregate AUM. She has curated more than 200 private investor and founder gatherings across the United States, contributing to strategic partnerships and capital raised. She is an invited workshop leader on entrepreneurship and leadership at MIT, Columbia University, and Parsons School of Design, and has been featured in Forbes.

Outside of investing, Aryuna coaches founders on leadership, communication, and execution. She is a graduate of a music school and a former state chess champion in Siberia.
